The Neighbors

10 days after a middle-school girl went missing, her decapitated body is found in a red suitcase. Another 10 days later, another murder occurs by the same suspect. Meanwhile, several people in the apartment complex begin to suspect one of their own residents, Seung-hyuk, as the serial killer. The neighborhood pizza delivery boy, the apartment complex security guard, the man who sold the red suitcase and the mother of the murdered middle school girl are all aware of circumstantial evidence that links Seung-hyuk to the murders. Can and will they act upon their hunches before he strikes again?
